Michelle Toma Olson In 2001, while working as an independent consultant, Michelle Toma Olson started fleshing out concepts for her own brand. The idea of building a brand around "cocktailing" using more than one product to create an effect struck a chord with both the beauty lover and the businesswoman in her. Thus, the 'Tini Beauty concept was born. Mixing the ingredients in her own kitchen, she launched Nailtini Cocktails for Nails in June 2004 as one of the first premium polish lines free of formaldehyde, toluene and DBP. Liptini launched in 2006 and now Nailtini and Liptini products are sold online and through selected retailers across the US, and are among featured "indie" brands in the new Beauty 360 specialty store chain.
